Sony Vaio U50 Keypad

A leading-edge technology company contacted Cortex Design to design a USB-compatible keypad to control their line-judging software, used in professional sports broadcasts.

The keypad design had to match the look and feel of the Sony Vaio U50 tablet PC, and had to have an intuitive interface for the referees and umpires that would use the device. And it had to be done in 10 days.

Cortex Design responded with a 3D rendering that the customer approved. 5 days later, a functioning device was in hand.
