You were the go-to person on those group CAD projects, and have a portfolio filled with your own work, not just the student projects that everyone else did. You are excited and passionate about design, but eager to learn. You are results, not ego, driven and are interested in contributing to a fast-paced team environment. You never show up late, you return phone calls and emails immediately, ask questions when you don't have all the answers, and your teachers can offer you references to back up your claims.
Proficiency in Solidworks 2008 and Adobe CS products is a must.
